“I have to say Kara is a great manager and made me and my friends feel like we were at home. Michelle is a great maid here. Most of the people that work here were friendly. Unfortunate an incident with a friend caused an abrupt end to that. Just wish the hotel GM had come to me about it privately first. I get there are rules but with all the places I've been to and how well Kara made me feel here I can't help but believe it was handled the way it did because of pressure from the other manager. Was a very awkward and sudden request at a time when the event in question had passed 2 days prior.”

“Quaint, quiet, affordable! This was such a great find for a one night stay in Plymouth. The owners are very kind and courteous. The room was super clean, and larger then I thought it would be! Towels and wash clothes, as well as small shampoo and soap was provided. Ample closet space and the bathroom was nice too. Close enough to walk to down town and everything else. We look forward to our next stay thank you for hosting us!”

“I stayed for just one night while I was in the area. The rooms were super nice and everything was really comfortable. We had an issue with our shower where the shower head would come off when the water was turned on. They worked to fix it immediately, and when they found out it would need a professional to repair it, they immediately opened up a neighboring room for us so that we could shower. They took care of us really well, and were a much nicer place to stay compared to many of the alternatives. Additionally, the room came at an amazing price!”

“This was a pretty nice campground. We stayed here in August for a total of three days, camping in a tent. The spot we were allocated was large enough to accommodate us and provided ample shade and seclusion. The bathrooms were nice and clean (although showers cost 25 cents for 3 minutes). Fortunately for us, one of the shower meters was broken and we bathed for free! Staff didn't seem as friendly as I'd expect, but what can you do. Price was already acceptable due to the proximity of the Ocean. We'd definitely return.”

“I shot a wedding here and it was one of my faves to date! Such a great space, lots of bright white in the courtyard and of course the Gibbet Hill view. Their rooms are open and have lots of natural light for photography as well. Couldn't ask for more. They treated me so well as a vendor and the food was so good! Highly recommend!”

“I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. I stayed here for 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. Great friendly staff, delicious free breakfast, and my kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The room was clean and the maids came daily. The mini fridge and microwave was a life saver for me. “Red Roof Inn's pet policy (which essentially is: yes, bring your dog) has won me over for life. The rooms have a fridge and microwave, and the whole place is very very clean and pet-friendly: treats at check-in, no carpeting in lobby or rooms, able to drive up to the door to your room and park right there, green space sheltered between the two buildings (away from busy road). It's also located relatively near to Best Friends Pet Care in Ashland (grooming, boarding, daycare), 30 minutes or so from Tufts Animal Hospital, and 1 hour or so from MSPCA Angels Animal Hospital in Boston.”

“This place has a great atmosphere. Comfortable lighting and inside it's like an old colonial bar from the 1800s. Exposed beams on the ceiling and a cozy fireplace when the weather is cooler. The bartenders are all really friendly and make great drinks. I have been here for dinner a handfull of times. The food has been hit or miss. One night we went for dollar oysters and they were really good. We went back the next week and the oysters were about the size of a human fist. We tried them but ended up sending them back. The chef came out to apologize respectfully. We didn't end up having to pay for them. Another occasion our food had a hair. Overall great place and we continue to go for the ambiance, drinks, and bartenders. Would recommend to a friend.”
