“The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, especially at the café. One of the staff members in particular was quick to remember you and your order which was a nice feeling. I highly recommend the pot pie which was better than most dedicated restaurants I've had a pot pie at. The crust was perfectly flakey and it was very feeling. If you're also looking for a drink, try the French 77 which is their take on a French 75. Not quite the same but close enough.”

“Great hotel! The receptionist gave us a free upgrade with a jacuzzi. The room was great and roomy. The jacuzzi was a perfect addition to our already relaxing night. The breakfast was decent, they had the usual pastries, cereal, waffles, coffee and juices. Also, breakfast sandwiches were available but have to be microwaved.”

The bathroom that we had was setup like one that you'd find in any local home, and we had a small back deck & a skylight in our room. It's a little chilly tonight so we fired up the fireplace. The staff is super friendly too. Can't wait to come back again. “1st time this hotel. I booked it for me and a few family members to stay for a wedding this past Saturday and from start to finish the welcoming was ????. Booking the rooms and then requesting them close together the young man (I can't recall his name ????) was very pleasant and assisted me with ease. The front desk agent Jessica from check in to check out the was the most gracious and friendly person I could have met to start the evening off. You know a smile and conversation goes a long way. The hostess and server at the restaurant was great as well. All with smiles and my family was so impressed they asked if they can come back in September and they there when we got the to Boyz II Men concert. I honestly and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. SEE YOU GUYS IN SEPTEMBER ????????????”

Friendly staff and pretty good, courteous, non judgmental clientele... Only real issue is with the locker room.... It's not kept very clean... Pool and hot tub have been closed for several months, 2 separate times in past 2 years....”

“Another gem in Cape Ann. They have some great camping sites for tents up to class A vehicles. Super friendly people; from the owners to employees and guests. They have a great camp store on site but it's also close to shops. I owe them some books for their library. I haven't forgotten. Hope I can get back there sometime soon!”
