“Stayed here for 8 days and never got room service. This is a "kid friendly" and "pet friendly", although ive had to run to the office multiple times for people leaving half full glass beer cans, back doors staying locked even when the key works. Beautiful hotel, all employees were very helpful and polite. The walls are very thin though!”

“Stayed here for a little over a month and enjoyed my visit. Ann Marie, Norm and Shannon who work in the office are very nice!! Nice laundry room and clubhouse although a pool table or something to do in the clubhouse would be nice. But great place to hang out and talk. Also enjoyed the fact that almost every night there's a Camp Fire with a circle of people visiting. And while I was here they had the potato bake which was awesome!! As with most campgrounds I've met very nice people here :)”

“Just had a baby shower in their small function room. It was perfect! The hotel staff was very sweet and accommodating. We had them cater it and it was amazing! They even gave a gift to the mother to be. If you are looking to throw a small party for under 30 people I highly recommend them!”

“The only reason this Holiday Inn doesn't get a 5-star is because Door-2 on the side has a broken lock which is super unsafe. It probably doesn't help that I'm posting it but hopefully this adds some pressure to fix it. I ran into a person, assumed to be an employee, which stated that the door wouldn't be fixed for a few days...yikes. Aside from the door issue, the hotel seems to be pretty solid. The hotel had the usual free breakfast, gym, indoor heated pool, ice and vending machines, lots of parking, and close to eats and gas. Check-in and check-out were expedient and pleasant. The hotel is easy enough to get to from major highways. Overall, a good couple of days off accommodations. I'll definitely be back when my next work trip comes back here. Management if you fix the door, I'll be glad to edit the post for a top rating.”

“It was great. Service was great. Breakfast was so good. They had a selection of food for breakfast. Pool was clean and warm. Only down was pool was only 4 feet deep. But it also had older bathrooms. The shower worked great and everything just the way the bathroom looked. Not dirty just older. Would definitely come again.”

“Loved Element hotel. Was very clean, new, modern. The beds and pillows were AWESOME, the really nice squishy pillows you can sink into and comfy beds with light down comforters, not those bedspreads. Breakfast was free daily and delightful! “We came here for my husband's birthday because he wanted to swim, so we got a room here. Staff is very friendly, food was surprisingly good even though thru don't have a big menu. Drinks were good and we had a fun time playing pool and then going swimming. And it's a pet friendly hotel which is always a plus when you have a puppy.”

“This is an amazing place to stay! My family and I (3 adults, 2 cats) had to evacuate East Boston on 03/15/19 due to the 9 alarm fire two blocks from our house. The manager Tyler was so accommodating, and helpful! After getting setteled into our room we had a late dinner from the restaurant downstairs, which was delicious. The whole staff were polite and friendly. We woke up the next morning to the good news that it was safe to return home. We had the complimentary breakfast before checking out and it was tasty, fresh, and full of varied options. We checked out with manager Katie who was aware of our situation and was so sweet to us. Overall, the staff and comfortable hotel turned a bad situation into a wonderful one. I would 100% stay here again, and recommend it to anyone!”

“This brand new hotel was an excellent find! Situated right next to the commuter rail line (purple line), it made getting in to downtown Boston very easy. The room was completely new (hotel opened the day before my stay) and was nicely appointed. The staff was clearly proud of the new facility and rightfully so - the new design is clean, modern and nicely executed. I will definitely consider staying at this location again the next time I am in the Boston area.”
