“I have to admit this was THE single best experience I've had at a restaurant that was within an hour of closing. We stopped in about 30 mins from closing, and not a single gripe from any employee. Andre the manager is the reason for that! All the employees that were on shift that night were amazing. They all worked well together, our food came out hot and fresh, and out shakes with whipped cream were delicious. I have to say that this store is one of my favorites. “I came here for the first time and used the drive thru around noon. Asked for a winter blend medium iced coffee I was claiming for free on the DD app. No problem. I pull up to the window to scan my code to redeem it and it wouldn’t work. The cashier kept trying to scan it but it wouldn’t redeem on his end. He was very patient and called over a manager. After some more attempts he just handed me the coffee without any charge and comp’d it. Sorry to have held up the line for everyone but I appreciate their efforts to help me and honor the promotion! I also love their CBC salad and it’s made with mixed lettuce that is better than the iceberg lettuce you get from other pizza companies and packed full with all that is promised!!! I misplaced my car keys one night and had to change to delivery instead of carry out and they were extremely nice about the change so close to closing time.
