DEFINITELY invest in those 128oz water bottles because you will need it. It sounds like a lot but after drinking a full one you will be more thirsty. The atmosphere is very relaxing in the rooms with calming music and vibes. Prior to booking these sessions make sure you change your eating lifestyle and plan to do light or intense per preference workouts the same day.
