“I own a heavy duty truck repair shop in Monroe, Ohio. I recently purchased shims for three axle alignments from Stempf. The pricing was good and the shims were delivered to my shop quickly. The only problem I had was that I wasn’t able to just go online and order for delivery. The site isn’t set up for e commerce unless you set up an account with them first. I had to make a phone call to order what I needed. I bought enough so that I won’t have to order for a while. I will probably have to call the next order in as well because I won’t need them for a while.”

A young Asian man (had a tattoo on his arm) couldn’t have been nicer. He cashed my check, asked what denomination bills I’d prefer, counted the money out to me and thanked me. I’m not even one of their customers I was not charged a fee for this service, despite not having an account with TCF. I’m thinking about changing banks. Excellent display of what customer service should be.”

I worked there for a few months, and I can honestly say I have never been happier. Everyone is so kind, fun, helpful, positive, uplifting and inspiring. They have so many activities, events, parties and outings that the residents look forward to. Not to mention the food is great. The caretakers are fantastic.
