“Hearing the melodious tunes from the live grand piano makes me feel rich as I enter this store. Unfortunately, I'm not. I have one code here: only look at the clearance items. However, that has gotten me some pretty fantastic items at a decent price. This has allowed me to arrive to any fashionable event, clad in my fresh looking new button up. And, when people ask me where I get my clothes, I get to take the pipe out of my mouth and say, "I got it from... (dramatic pause) Von Maur." Overall: a great store with very helpful and kind employees, but only go here when you have some extra stimulus check money that you need to blow through.”

This was an estate sales and Lex was very patient and understanding as I communicated with the various family members to make decisions during the process. He explained the advantages and disadvantages of listing during Covid 19. He provided good council on the inspection reports. He responded very quickly to all communications. “There wasn't anything surprising about this Kohl's store. They have an Amazon return section but it was unstaffed so we went to the very back where customer service would be and they were working there. I'm not sure if it was for them to promote social distancing but I don't think it would have made a difference. It was really easy to do our return and ship there for Amazon but other than that I didn't see anything special. They have plenty of items there for clothes luggage and even cooking machines.”
