“I and my family have had several occasions to engage the Kriegshauser Mortuary-West Chapel over the past 10 or so years, most recently in February of 2018. The staff is incredibly thoughtful and attend to all details in the most respectful and sincere manner, which is exactly what one would hope under such circumstances. The service at the Chapel as well as at the cemetery was exactly as agreed and professionally managed in every way. What I appreciated most was that they listened and understood from our first meeting exactly what I and my family’s wishes were and respected those desires. “I have been to this store many times, and they have a very good selection and the store is very well merchandised. I've read other reviews below mentioning delays on orders, this can happen on furniture simply because of delays on imported goods which is taking place across the country currently. It's always a good idea to order well in advance for your children or order something in stock. Overall this store is absolutely gorgeous, located in a great area, and has a wide selection of Cribs, Chairs, Beds, and Accessories to choose from. I no longer live in the area but recommend this store to anyone who is expecting. The staff are very friendly and personable. Having ordered furniture from Pottery Barn I do suggest personally staying on top of your order and calling their 800 Customer Service number to check on the status of your furniture order every 2 weeks. It's really your responsibility to stay on top of it because all furniture stores have too many orders to oversee. Be part of the solution, understand the process, and you'll be happy with your order.”

One of the workers was personally assisting a customer pick out items for Valentine's Day. The customer was so please with the service he looked like he had conquered a giant. And it was all because she took time to help him. Then I was looking for an item and ask a different worker where I could find it. He walked me to the area it should've been in but it was out of stock. He didn't leave it at that.... He apologized for not having it. It was the best shopping experience I've witnessed since the pandemic hit. Thank you both for putting a smile on a Customers face!”

“Excellent customer service! My husband and I were looking for a Honda ATV and wish we would have contacted them first. After dealing with several other shops that were horrible at helping us find what we needed, this place was a dream. Not only did they have what we wanted, but they had an excellent price too! Jim and Tom were amazing at helping us with everything and Honda's financing was better than the rest! Normally we drive GM vehicles but Dave Mungenast will be first in line next time we are looking for a vehicle as well. Highly recommend!”
