The first was my first home for four years, and Allen offered my a bigger place of which I happily and gratefully accepted and have been the past 16 years. I am VERY GRATEFUL for everyone at Setag. They are VERY GOOD PEOPLE . I prayed on where i was suppose to live and this is where I am and have been 20 years my children were in preschool when we moved in our first place and have graduated college. My son says he would want to purchase this house this is his HOME ,our Home ,Thanks to Setag. There’s nothing they wouldn’t do for their tenants. Anything needs fixed or replaced their just a phone call away. Never had an issue . I can’t express how grateful our family is. And how Great the Setag family is. And as a single parent things come up I have gotten behind , I call or get a call as a friendly reminder and they have been very understanding and patient and worked with me . She took care of us even though the restaurant was packed and we never had a need to ask for anything cuz she would see what we would need and would already have it at the table before we could ask. If you go there ask for her to be your server for sure... I'll definitely be more than happy to come back again it was a nice Breakaway from all the other restaurants around!”

“Had to get fingerprinted on a special FBI form in order to apply to go to school overseas. Everyone was friendly and excited, didnt treat it like a chore, expressed interest in my trip and wished me luck, and had me in and out with the exact form I needed in a flash! I later found out many PDs dont carry the special FBi form, just a more basic version, so I was extra impressed that our local PD is top notch, fully trained, and ready to roll!
