Only issues were the occasional food delivery driver getting the wrong entrance/bldg and late-night weekday parking being full around Bldg A. Leasing was pretty straightforward with about 3% increase in rent at renewal, garage was nice as well. Management and Maintenance were awesome, they are used to military members and their situations (TDYs, Deployments, etc.), I was able to cut my lease early due to orders as well. About 10-15min drive from Offutt, sometimes quicker if no traffic. Great internet service offer from Allo. Pretty nice clubhouse with gym and pool. Never had any noisy neighbors; the 4th of July firework shows presented by the neighbors were also spectacular, my cat loved them.”
