“Truly kind & ethical people. I had a horrific ant problem this year to the point it looked like my patio was alive! It was BAD. I left a message asking for a quote to have them come out and they called me back within an hour. It only took a couple of questions for him to know what type they were and their life cycle. He absolutely could have come out and charged me for a visit to spray but instead he educated me about them and told me I didn't need him for this. He knew they would all die off in about a week because they were only here because of the grasses that grew so much this year. He was kind enough to tell me how to keep them out of the house until they died off & he was right, they were all gone within 2 weeks. You don't find that very often anymore, ethics like that. I was very impressed. You should trust these guys to take care of you.”

“I love my apartment and I love the area, but so far I’ve been pretty upset with the communication that I’ve received in regards to moving in and next steps after submitting my application fee and deposit. I feel like once you got my money you stopped caring. I understand that with COVID-19, you’re taking precautions and measures to stay safe and working limited hours, but that shouldn’t effect the level of communication. It should almost increase to make sure those that are moving in feel welcomed even admist the non traditional way of finding and renting a new apartment.”

“This review is long overdue but we really wanted to wait until we had the back splash in and everything was done (we tried to post before and after pictures to the site but it wouldn't work). Jimmy and his staff were amazing. We had our kitchen cabinets, sink, and counter top replaced. The cabinets were changed by Jimmy to fit our kitchen and make it more user friendly. We can use just about every ounce of space we have in the kitchen now. Our kitchen is small and we had a lot of "dead" space we couldn't use, we have none now.
