“Nice place located in Summerlin away from the busyness of the strip. Easy access to the 215, and there are plenty of shopping and dining options in the area. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable; these are more like condos rather than regular hotel rooms. Only minor complaint would be the kitchen could be a little better furnished, it was very basic but I still managed to cook meals for the week. Pool area is nice, did not get a chance to swim but it was a great place to host friends that stopped by for a visit. Staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend this place if you are looking for a more relaxed atmosphere while staying in Vegas, I plan on staying here in future visits to the area.”

“It's a cute little apartment good for having company. I have family out in vegas and it was nice to have them come over. More of an at home feel then you would get from a hotel. Stores near by to go shopping to cook at the spot or even dine out. The strip is also close by if you still want to enjoy the night life. Overall me and my girls had a successful vegas weekend!”

“I have had a good experience from the application process to present. If there is ever an issue I feel I need to report to management it is handled in a prompt manner. They have always been friendly and respectful. Maintenance is wonderful. The grounds are kept clean and the units are above average when it comes to apartment living. No trouble from neighbors. There is little I can say in the way of negatives. At the end of the day it is apartment living so if you expect to feel like you are living in a home away from the noise of others, it's not realistic. However, nothing is excessive. The dog park comes in handy. I also like the dog wash station. The lighting at night is more than sufficient. Parking of non residents is fully enforced. The pool area is always kept very nicely. I am very happy here for the time being. One of the better apartment living communities I've been in.”

Their complimentary breakfast meal is what I always look forward to every morning because of the variety of food they offer ( hot and cold). Enjoyed my stay and will recommend it to anybody.”

“I really enjoyed my stay this past weekend. The staff was so nice even though I kept bothering for little things. We got a king suite on the first floor cause we didn't want to tell the kids to stop being loud but shocking enough you couldn't really hear people upstairs really only in the bathroom. This suite is huge enough that we even could fit a sleeping bag in the middle of the room with the sofa bed out without tripping over everything. Yes you can hear the planes all night especially since we were facing the airport but they weren't very loud for us, we slept right through them. I do recommend getting the app it made it so much easier with the digital key, and to check in and out.”

“Dined in here and ordered checking kabob, rice, salad hummus and falafel. Everything tasted very good and quality was good as per price. The food took some time and we were just second customer after another 3-4 people’s group who were already eating when we arrived. Service could be faster. So just taking away one star fir slow service. Will definitely visit again for the great good.”

“This hotel is brand new so they get a pass....Jonathan at the front desk was amazing and tried his best to make me feel at home, however it was little things. One of our rooms that was marked in the system as clean was not!!! Up and down the stairs to fix that. Hilton honors had my otheroom booked for a different day Oh boy a lot after a 5 hour drive.. but Jonathan fixed it as best and as fast as he could. However if I'm a silver or gold member and a front desk manager at a Hampton Inn in the past. if I want a late check out not only being a team member and a honors member I should be able to get the extra hour even if occupancy is high not my fault you only have 5 house keepers on labor day weekend. Please re-think that...other then that the police station next door is a plus and minus loud siren all hours of the day and night but you would feel safe soooo rest or safety you pick!!! oh and the $17.00 a night parking fee is ridiculous i won't stay again for these fees....”
