Other places were not so helpful, however. This place was awesome!!! Becky was really nice, welcoming and friendly!!! She promptly corresponded with myself as well as submitting our application for residency. The process was fast and painless. The home we ended up selecting was brand new and very beautiful!!! They passed away within a month of one another, so we held a beautiful ceremony to honor them, share wonderful memories, eat some awesome food, and too drink cocktails for the afternoon... “Hi I moved to the Grove 2 years ago and since have been pleased and delighted with my stay. My neighbors are friendly, the complex is clean, peaceful and quiet, management is awesome, I love the location convenient and close to shopping and freeway access. The thing I love the most is the Grove management and maintenance staff. The staff here sets me as a priority. Management is professional, efficient, customer service oriented and helpful, Maintenance is helpful, pleasant, work orders are done promptly and fast. Last night I put in a work order at 9 pm and at 9 am the Maintenance guy was here to complete the order request. I’m very happy with my stay here at the grove!!!!”

“We had a nice stay here. The location is a short walk from the strip and I actually liked that. I also liked that it is not a high rise hotel. They’re all blocks of 2-3 stories high and a nice garden environment between units. We enjoyed the nicely priced breakfast at the hotel and nice wait staff at Marilyn’s. I would come back again. They have a nice gym and pool.”

“Hell Yes!!! This hotel is great!! I earned a free night stay with the rewards program. They do not charge for my dog to be with me. The staff went out of there way to get anything I needed no matter the time of day. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours. The free breakfast was delicious too! I will definitely stay with this hotel chain again!”

“Debbie and Jackson were very nice to deal with. Although people tend to throw trash everywhere, the staff is quick to clean. It can be loud at times but mostly quiet. No bugs in my place and if something breaks they come right away. My room is quite dated but some rooms have laminate flooring and flat screen TVs. I'm very happy here!”

“I've now stayed at most of the hotels on The Strip and I have to say, for the price, this is a favorite of mine. We booked a corner suite (for 6 girls total) and it had plenty of room. I ended up tipping more than usual for most of the employees I had encountered here. Biggest gripe though would be access to Vdara to and from the strip. It's a little further back, just like the Aria. However, there is the Tram (have to walk through the Bellagio) and to just walk through the Aria. The place also only has one place to eat (a market place) in the actual hotel and no casino. Also, if sharing a room with people you hardly know, you will get to know them quickly. There is no door enclosing the toilet and it's next to the glass shower. There are doors to the actual bathroom, but when sharing with 6 girls, privacy wasn't an option. I did book through a timeshare company, but monitored sales and deals for a couple of months before we went, it still had the best deal for the size and price. I will definitely consider staying here again. I really considered 5 stars, especially with the level or service received and the Pool Cabana was a sweet deal with private pools for a section of 3-4 cabanas. (See review under Vdara Pool & Lounge) However, the inaccessibility to the strip, food and gambling makes it difficult for me to give 5 stars!”

“Store is located at Miracle Miles. Clean store with up-to-date fashion apparels especially shoes. Some shoe size may not be available and is questionable if they will get it in. If you're a tourist I suggest you try it on site then pay and have them ship it to your destination if you absolutely want it regardless. Employees are trained for sales tactics, but they won't nudge you to make a quick sale.
