“Luis and Ricky at Team Ford Lincoln did right by me during the purchase of an Explorer. While leaving the lot we noticed a small dent/chip on the passenger door. They gave me a loaner vehicle and had it fixed within a couple days no problem. That was nice to see them taking care of it quickly and hassle free. The process was smooth and we got a great number for our Escape we traded in. Only took one “no” to get the better number 😂 The Memorial Day Sale was great and we got a much better vehicle overall than what we originally went in looking for. Financing was easy and the process was smooth. My daughter enjoyed the chocolate milk and chips from the little cafe they have inside which is a good idea with kids. Probably need more exposure thru word of mouth and ads...owners are kind and hoping this review would bring in more patrons. This is convenient when u only need a bottle of fish sauce or vinegar or the likes, that going to the bigger stores such as Seafood City and Island Pacific is time consuming for only a couple items.. glad to have checked it out..now I know where to run to when i need something quick without the hassle of parking and long lines..”

“This was literally the best experience. My wife got home and noticed she had a flat tire. I could take the tire off and take it to Discount Tire or Goodyear or wherever. We got to talking and said " why dont we try one of these mobile tire changing companies". We found HNR solely on the great reviews. So we called them up and they arrived in 45 minutes! Okay..so far super impressed. The man let me know that he has a new tire with him but he wanted to see if he could fix the tire. Well he fixed the tire! Well this was a such a pleasant surprise as it saved us a lot of money. I want to thank HNR for such a friendly and speedy tire fix. I will definitely spread the word.”
