“I started taking classes with Allison during the summer for Yoga By the Bay and LOVED it. This studio is small, so everything feels very perfect and all the instructors are amazing. They do an awesome job at making you feel welcome and understood, asking questions to help with limitations and explaining movements. This studio is also very size inclusive. I love this studio and look forward to every class!”

“This is an more than adequate gym perfect for lifting plenty of different type of machines everything you need 3 flat benches 3 squat rack 3 smith machine and so many different leg machines. The reason why I give them a 4 and not 5 star is that some times the locker room are not that clean and also its a 3 year contract kinda long but if you live within 15 mins of the area its worth it better than planet fitness or la fitness for 20 a month .”

“Denise is very professional and definitely an expert at what she does. Her passion for her work is obvious. I went to Denise for what I thought was a very painful lat muscle tear. After asking me some questions she determined that it was not actually a lat pull. After one session with Denise the pain in my back had subsided to the point that it was an after thought and I had full range of motion again. After the second appointment Denise got rid of the pain completely! She is an absolute miracle worker! I highly recommend Denise and Zenergy Wellness Center. If you have any type of lingering pain or injury set up an appointment with Denise. You will be glad you did!”
