“We stayed here on Thanksgiving night 2022. The hotel is beautiful, with well appointed accommodations. There is a continental breakfast available with healthful selections. The manager/staff are available by text or phone call. The door locks use a keypad code system for entry. My only suggestion would be for the management to alert customers in advance that the individual room doors don't lock automatically when they close behind you when you leave. You need to lock them with the key given. The doors to the outside do lock automatically behind you when you leave. This could be printed on the information card that is in the rooms. All in all, it is a beautiful boutique hotel!”

“for under $20 me and my son can both get a combo plate with sesame chicken and the best white rice around. they deliver it and we offer a tip the guy acts like he's never been offered a tip before and at first won't even take it. egg rolls come with the combos but we don't like egg rolls so they let us get a can of soda instead. I've been coming here for years and unfortunately when they're closed we just don't have Chinese food that night.”

“My first time there. Staff was incredibly helpful, gave us a walk around of the place. Very friendly very respectful I was pleased to see this kind of work ethic from a young generation. These young staff continue like this, they will succeed in life. I will be returning back to this place. We used the batting cage only, no issues what so ever. Nice to see the staff monitoring the equipment, making necessary adjustments when needed. Ensuring the pitch machine was shooting pitches over home plate. Cheers to the staff! Thank you.”

“I happened to be in Albany for an event last weekend and my hotel was very close to the mall. I ended up here for a quick dinner solo. My server was very accommodating and funny. They give complimentary warm bread which was fresh...😊 i had a nice glass of Riesling. Server was very knowledgeable. I started with the Fresh Mozzarella with Tomato. (I am very picky with balsamic and this one was amazing- Sweet and zesty!) They added pesto which is an added touch... Excellent and fresh! I ordered the Rigatoni Marsala and it was piping hot and delicious. If I am ever in Albany again, I would definitely come back. I fully enjoyed my meal. I had an amazing experience! *Clean, cool, calm and collective as I beat the dinner rush on a Saturday night!!!”

My experience with Taub has been excellent, I call them whenever something goes wrong with my furnace and they come in a matter of hours. Stacy responds to all calls in a professional manner and cares about the customer's issue. Paul (Owner) is a good guy, friendly, responsible father, detailed and takes his job very seriously plus has a great team of experts in heating and plumbing. He has a good name and a company to protect and if someone has had a problem with the work done or unsatisfied with it, he will make sure it is done properly. So please give his business a chance so that wrongs or errors can be corrected and everyone leaves happy. This is an actual customer review and not a paid endorsement!”
