“We did our little wedding dinner at Faun about a week ago and I want to say thank you so so much! It was exactly what I imagined it to be with the very intimate and comfy atmosphere - inside and outside with their cute backyard. It was our first time there and we made the right choice. The staff was amazing! So kind and caring putting in so much effort to make it a special but warm evening for us. The food was excellent. We decided to do their prix fixe format and had plenty of leftovers to take home. All of our guests loved the food but were almost full after the second course. I cannot recommend Faun enough and we're definitely going to come back!”

“This place is brilliant. The owner knows what's important: love. You get an easy-going and comfortable entrance. The staff are so kind. You can taste the care put into their food. I ordered the BBQ Bacon burger and Sweet Potato waffle fries. What a combination! The juicy, flavorful burger topped with crispy bacon. The diversity in flavors was impeccable, each bite unique but consistent. And don't get me started about those fries....Sweet Potatoes, Cinnamon, Sugar. Must I say more? All this paired with outdoor seating with some quality people watching🔆 I had to go back in and get a smoothie to enjoy on my walk back home through Prospect Park. By far my most enjoyable experience in Brooklyn. I say this with ease: get over to American Vegan ASAP. You won't regret it.”

“Amazing place. We suggest you get reservations because there is always a good crowd there. The food is delicious and delicate and artistic and beautiful and subtle and robust. You will experience so many flavors. We had the half chicken 🐓 and the steak 🥩 and the Lamb 🐑. So many flavors. All the meat was tender and juicy just fall off the mouth type. The waitress was super knowledgeable and made great suggestions. If you want to try something different but comfort food this is the spot. The owner was there and spoke to us super friendly and kind and wanting for everyone to have a great time.”

“I've been going to Dr. Schuster for a little over 1 Year now. I must say he is like the best Doctor i have ever had. He takes his time with each patient which can lead to a long wait but i do not mind because i do not like those doctors that just take your money and rush you out the door. He runs all needed test and give answers in good time. I am so happy i found him.”

“Juniper Yoga & Healing arts studio is a unique and much needed gem. I have taken classes here with Deborah, Aimee, and Frank... these teachers are well studied, insightful, and wise. Juniper offers a safe and diverse space that meets many needs that are often ignored... for example, their upcoming workshop on sex post-baby, their offerings for families that allow all to feel included, etc. I love taking classes at Juniper and haven't found a studio in all of New York City that I prefer. It's intimate and divine.”

“This restaurant has wonderful service and pretty great food! I would say the prices are a little high for the simple ingredients but it makes sense because of the neighborhood. I’ve tried the steak quesadilla and the super nachos and both were very delicious! They also come with sour cream and salsa which is nice!”

“Zaytoons is one of the best middle eastern joint in Brooklyn. They have a variety of Shawarma Sandwiches which I love. The prices are also very cheap considering the amount of food they give. When the restaurants were sit-ins, the service was relatively fast. I also used the delivery option and that tend to be faster.”

“We recently had our roof replaced by Smart Roof and the process was very professional and pleasant. Their rep came out and did an initial survey, explained the process and kept us informed during the entire process. The crew showed up promptly, did an excellent job, and left the site very clean. Highly recommend them for your roof repair/replacement. Awesome job!”

“This place is an American Treasure. Celebrating 10 years in Brooklyn's Prospect Heights they are the best of the best. Food is epic, Drinks are ?, the patio is popping and socially distant, their new frozen drink line up is boozy and beautiful for any Summer's day. They have an unwavering dedication to championing safety, health, and inclusivity for all during this pandemic. They are fighting hard to keep this incredible queer outpost and live event space — one of the last remaining open in BK — open and thriving. Say hi to their exceedingly snacky ? and welcoming staff and order one of their incredible Burgers, Wings, Chicken Strips(panko encrusted), Kale Salad ?, Branded Fries with parsley & fresh garlic — perfect for social distancing ? — and match it with a Spicy Margarita or Frozen Rum Punch! I love the Jack & Smoke where they smoke the Cola in a smoker for 5 hours then put it through their system for the perfect pairing for any whiskey lover. Also love their fresh and ? Cucumbery Van Lear Rose! Don't miss out on one of BK's best!”

“Had a wonderful haircut with Jenn today. She listened to me and understood the specific needs for my (fine) hair texture. I am so happy with the results. The salon itself was clean and I watched stations regularly sanitized. Feels like a safe space to go right now.”

“Lots of choices of bagels and spreads, pastries, and breads. My husband had the full breakfast special (eggs, bacon, pancakes, etc.), while I picked a lighter option. They offer a variety of coffees, teas and bottled beverages. We enjoyed the outside eating area, in the shade of a tree. Go early, not many chairs and tables. Enjoy!”

“Great experience post covid! There was a guy out front who was so inviting and told us he had a backyard. We didn’t even know what they served but we went in because of the friendliness. Staff and food was great. Definitely a place to visit and shout out to all the staff there for being so inclusive. Even though no other customers were there, all of them came to say hi and welcome.”

“Cozy spot to grab fresh food, mostly made for carry out, switch good cheeses, meats, vegetables, etc prepared right for serving. We like the rotisserie chicken (you can full or half). Also yummy ice cream and dairy, juices, cocktail bitters, and breads, spreads, and butters and the like. Chocolate babka! They do good egg breakfast sandwiches and other good lunch choices, with vegetarian options. Pick up some stuff to take home for an easy meal when people are visiting?”
