And just like with any other store when it is crowded there is a long wait However There are two employees that i deal with Specifically. The manager Donna and a sales person Natasha. I cannot speak on how friendly the other young ladies that work there are I just prefer Donna and Natasha. Their product knowledge is outstanding they certainly know how to balance my bracelet unlike other employess at other stores.
