She OFFERED to show me the quality wokmanship and told me that Vinny stands behind his work. Its now 6 weeks later and we just paid him for the work he completed in a timely manner and have given him another task to do. This one was of the BEST experiences we have ever had with a contractor in our 30 plus years of owning a home. Give him a chance, meet him. “Have to say that that PBT Realty is by far the best real estate I have dealt with. I was faced with having to find a new apartment do to my landlord selling the house. So I called PBT and I am glad I did, Sandra answered the phone took all my info and assured me that I will be getting a call back and will get me in to see a few places. That evening she called me back with 4 places she had in mind asked me what time was good and told me what agent i was meeting with. She also followed up and asked what i liked or perhaps didn't like about them. I feel in love with one of them, got an application and then was in meeting with Joy the broker to go over paperwork and leave a deposit. Joy was very nice and told me that I would hear back in a day or two if I got the place, and the next day Joy called me with the great news I got the apartment and asked what day and time I can come in to sign the lease. She went over everything with me so there were no surprises, and the signing went great. I am so happy that there is still places like PBT Realty that really know how to show great customer service and go above and beyond.”

“I went in for a Brazilian wax with Victoria and I was so impressed. I had been to the Wantagh store and had an amazing experience as well so I was expecting greatness today and Victoria did just that. Kind and courteous, and gentle as she could be. It can be a humbling experience getting a wax but she made feel comfortable. She kept the conversation going so I wouldn’t concentrate on the pain. She educated me on aftercare. The office is clean and beautiful. I will definitely be going back.”

My mom was an artist and got all her matting and framing done at this original location in Massapequa including a panoramic photo from 1924 that was about 3 feet wide and 8 inches tall! “After a day of waiting for a technician for my furnace (and him being extremely late), it was so pleasant to have Jason come the following day on time for my water heater. He was super friendly and helpful and kept me in the loop every step of the way with my repairs. If he said that he'll call or text you in an hour, he kept his word on that. He did everything in his abilities to make sure I was well taken care of. I work overnights and to have him be understanding and work around that crazy schedule was more than appreciated. I will definitely be using them again and have since saved Jason's number in my phone for those emergencies.”
