He has gone over my house with a fine tooth comb to look for where the critters are gaining access and solves the problem. Jim guarantees his work and did not charge me when the mice created another hole recently. Highly recommend.”

“I used SE Plumbing in the past to install a sink faucet I bought online. His installation was done professionally and at a great price. When the faucet had a problem (not related to the installation), I had to get a new part from the manufacturer. SE Plumbing helped troubleshoot the problem, and after the new part came, they came right back and installed it and it has been problem free since. More recently (September 2018) I called them on a Sunday for a backed up bathtub and they came within an hour. He did a quick analysis and determined he could not fix the problem and suggested I try Electric Snake. He DID NOT CHARGE me for his time and I was very happy with that. In the past, I had a different plumber come for a different problem. That person was unable to fix it but charged me > $100.00 for his time. Although people should be paid for their time, I was glad that SE Plumbing helped me out. I would definitely use them again.”

“Called in morning for fume smells. Scheduled tech for sometime before 3pm on same day. Tech was supposed to call before arriving but did not. Showed up at 3:25. Tech was great. Did a thorough job and fixed issue after replacing part. Tech did not rush out and made sure issue was fixed. Good job!”
