“The staff was very professional and made us feel at home during our stay. The rooms were very clean and the bed we slept on was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The room has a modern feel to it and we got an excellent price for 4 nights. Shower felt amazing as well. It even has a free 24 hour shuttle to JFK airport. Also, there is a bar and restaurant inside the hotel. Food and drinks were good. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“We had no problems. I was quite concerned about staying here after reading reviews that suggested security might be an issue. We didn’t feel uncomfortable at any time. I can not comment on what may be the situation on floors 2-5 because I have no knowledge but nothing was troubling. Breakfast was fine and the shuttle back to JFK was excellent. It was a bit further than we expected but it was also significantly cheaper than other nearby hotels.”

“Great location since it's around the corner from JFK. Breakfast is decent with a pleasing presentation and in a nice open and separate room from the entrance. Lisette at the front desk was extremely welcoming and attentive. The bed was comfortable and the room was well designed for its size. CONS: The shower is pretty small and mine had a leak so the bathroom floor was flooded after my shower. Additionally, the TV speakers are terrible and the way it's mounted on the wall, the sound is bouncing ineffectively against it which must suck for the neighboring room.”

“Overall service is great, the person who checked us in was incredibly nice. Rooms at a glance looked fine but at a closer inspection the bathroom was small and the toilet seat was not secured correctly. Also the blanket had small white stains on it, and after a day the room smelled a bit and we weren't able to air it out since the windows were bolted down.”

“We stayed here while in transit from London to Charlotte. The Shuttle bus was waiting at Federal Circle station (Air Train) and the bus driver couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. We were welcomed by 2 employees, and Sabrina (one of the Desk Agents) made sure everything was shipshape including checking on us once we got to our room. Hotel Lobby is clean and nice, very nice dining area, rooms are very comfortable with memory foam beds, and a/c that works perfectly. Sheets were super nice —- an unexpected amenity. Kudos to all...”

“We stayed here with our family from The Netherlands (Europe) including our 3 six plus feet tall sons and had plenty of space. Reed is a very friendly and caring host, he even lent us his mountainbikes to drive the beach walk closeby. If you don't mind driving an hour to Manhattan or to Staten island (to take the free ferry to Manhattan) this is a very good and budget friendly option to enjoy a great time in NYC!”
