“The team at Indian motorcycle of white plains was awesome. Shane was a great salesman and patient. There was no pressure and the rest of the team was really awesome and professional too. Wes the store manager really showed his passion for the brand and broke down all the details of the 2019 Indian Scout that I ended up buying. Even the finance officer Lauren was an awesome team member. Attention to detail such as having my name filled out before hand on all the paperwork was great. She even showed her love for the Indian (brand) as her children's pictures hung in her office, all donned up in Indian gear from a sponsored event they had. “Ella's Design Studio is fabulous. I recently worked with them on 2 separate projects. The first project was in my kitchen. I renovated 3 years ago and had a built in banquet. I had always planned to upholster it in a faux leather, but could not find anyone who could do it, or even understand what I wanted (everyone else I spoke to about it want to make cushions, but that wasn't what I wanted). The team at Ella's knew exactly what I wanted and did a beautiful job! I also used them to finish my living room. I had purchased a couch and a rug, but need some window treatments and a window seat. Ella's worked with me until we found the perfect fabrics, the installation (on both projects) was quick and seamless. I'm so happy with both rooms and will absolutely use them again!”

The owner does NOT work at any of the stores, just to clarify other reviews. The store managers go through extensive training and are required to attend meetings at their corporate location. They are constantly being educated on all product lines. When new products are released, the beauty supply gets them before the salons do. They carry products for ALL ethnicities & hair types. The store is so organized & clean. They service & sell only to licensed beauty professionals & salons because professional beauty products ARE NOT meant to be used by anyone WITHOUT a State License! People dont realize how dangerous professional chemicals used to color, straighten, etc hair if you are NOT trained & licensed. The products sold at Professional Beauty Supplies are NOT your drugstore products. One of my favorite, local, Professional Beauty Supply Stores!”

“I was involved in a car accident on 9 8/22. I needed a ride. I was ride sharing until today. I stumbled across the vehicle I have here. I kept trying to find the car in my state (NJ) . I surrendered earlier this week (Tuesday) & went to White Plains, NY. I was assigned Melvin. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, accomadating and professional. He didn't try to handle or hassle me into a higher price vehicle. I appreciate that. The other part is that when I told him what time I was arriving, he had everything ready for me. I was literally in by 12/12:30 PM & out by 2 PM. Anyone who knows the car buying process knows that this is like the Express lane. Now I had a part. I knew what I wanted. He advised it would be back refilled in 3 mins. As I was waiting a very helpful and sweet employee asked for my cup and filled it for me so I didn’t have to wait. I wish I remembered his name. He was prepping bread bowls this morning. He’s awesome. Food was as expected.”
