“Hats off to whoever transformed this store. Hard to believe it's in Ardsley. Neat, clean, always well stocked with nothing out of place. There are special displays here and there, but not in such a way as to block traffic Each department has a sign, so it's easy to find the categories. Pharmacy is pretty efficient and actually answers the phone. Also very impressed with how they handle things when busy. If the check-out line starts growing, another person opens a register. Happened yesterday when they had 3 registers open. So very rare. The only thing that irritates me - and I mean REALLY pi--es me off . . . 5¢ if you want a bag. I mean c'monnnnn. This place sure beats the 3rd world bazar of a place that is our only alternative in this town.”

“I went to Ford Rye with previous experience with for as I was already driving a mustang and wanted to upgrade. The staff was patient and knowledgeable. They explained the process clearly, no hidden fees and broke down warranty options clearly and patiently. I walked away with a newer Mustang feeling like i didn't get conned or tricked into anything I didn't want/need. “First time eating here. They open at 4pm on this Saturday night. We got there about 15 minutes before 4. There was already a line of people wait. I thought that must be a good thing. We got in and seated. They had live music already playing. I ordered the goulash with potatoes and red cabbage. The goulash is a special just on weekends. It was wonderful! Service was fast and friendly. If you're looking for some good German food, this is it. We'll be back for sure!”

She was 100% dedicated to all details for our wedding invitations, thank you cards, place cards etc. A theme for our wedding was the Orchid flower and Roberta incorporated this theme flawlessly into all of our stationary, right down to custom designed stamps. Most refreshing was Roberta's responsiveness to phone calls and emails. Were it not for Roberta's dedication to her customers, we would never have completed all of the stationary/invitations in time. Roberta never balked or complained about our last-minute submissions, changes, additions or deletions of guest names or addresses but instead completed every task promptly. You will never get the kind of attention to detail and responsiveness from a traditional brick and mortar stationary store that you will get from Roberta Binder! “In 2004, Mauro Monteiro and his Infiniti Contracting Carpentry Management group completely renovated my one bedroom co-op apartment. This involved doing a complete replacement of the kitchen and bathroom as well as building bookcases in the living room. He helped me pick out the tiles for both rooms, the colors of wall paint throughout the apartment and new lighting throughout the apartment. I was extremely pleased about the end result. Eleven years later, I called Mauro and said I wanted to make a few changes/updates to the apartment. This involved replacing the kitchen floor tiles, repairing some damaged tiles in the bathroom, repainting the entire apartment and updating the lighting in the dining area. Mauro had a lot of patience and took me to various vendors to look at a variety of tiles so that we could find the ones that I wanted in my apartment. He took me to several lighting stores in NYC until we found the lighting fixture that I liked. Mauro’s team were terrific. They did a wonderful job on all aspects, were very careful to ensure that every thing was done to my needs and likes. They carefully cleaned up each day. “We did a large modification to our grounds, adding about 50 shrubs, and other plants, both Annuals and Perennials, as well as a new rock wall. Harry, the owner, worked with us on redesigning the landscape and helped us pick out plants that would thrive in our backyard and give us a new look. He and his team carefully planted and fertilized them and moved existing plants to more appropriate locations. His selection is extensive and includes some unusual plants that give us a treat, just looking at them. I think his prices are in line, given the health and size of the plants.”

I didn't realize in this day and age of Amazon and WalMart, where anything can be returned for any reason that it would be required but it was. And I admit I lost my cool and composure. The parts manager, Jose Ortiz, continued to treat me with respect no matter how frustrated and angry I got, remaining cool and persistent. Ultimately I realized it really was all my fault and apologized. Once I found the invoice Jose quickly took care of it. Thanks, Jose, for treating me so courteously in a moment I didn't deserve it.
