“I went in to get a windshield replacement on my 2022 X5. Overall it was an “OK” quality job. While the sensors and everything seem to function just fine, there are some scratches where top of the windshield meets the painted body. I can see some consistent tool marks on the paint and those marks have left damaged spots that can’t be buffed off. Not much of a big deal since they’re kind of small, but they could’ve been more cautious. See pictures. As for the price, I paid $3780 with tax for a cracked windshield replacement. $1700 of this was the oem glass itself, rest is labor and miscellaneous parts (trims, moldings, clips, and the rain sensor for some reason). While this is expensive compared to third party glass shops, it seems to be more or less in line with the other BMW dealers I got quoted from (lowest quote was $500 cheaper, there were some that were higher). My service advisor was Kurt, he was very professional and friendly.”

“I went into the Ferguson, Missouri Dollar Tree on 02/12/22 at 915am. I witnessed the best customer service. I haven't seen this in a while. One of the workers was personally assisting a customer pick out items for Valentine's Day. The customer was so please with the service he looked like he had conquered a giant. And it was all because she took time to help him. Then I was looking for an item and ask a different worker where I could find it. He walked me to the area it should've been in but it was out of stock. He didn't leave it at that.... He apologized for not having it. “My review is prefaced with the statement that as long as my car holds up moving forward, I’ll use them again for any hybrid issues. It was here or the dealership (who said it would cost $169 just to look at the car). I had an issue with my Hyundai force stopping one day and my mechanic didn’t have the tools to fix what he assumed was a hybrid system issue. There are no other hybrid mechanics around, but they came highly recommended. However I was mainly seeing Prius and battery issues, and I wasn’t sure if they could handle my issue. They did! It was fairly priced, and if it solves my issue, I’m happy. However, they are very far away from me (not their issue, mine) and I do agree with other reviews that their timeliness can be an issue. I had read the reviews about this, so I was quick to contact them myself and ensure they were working on my car. To be honest, I think that’s important for you to do as a customer. I did get the sense more than once that my car had been forgotten about. Again though, just be aware of that, don’t avoid them because of it, because if they fix it well, fix it cheap, and the other option is the dealership, then I stand by my ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ review!”
