Room had the AC on already for me and was very comfortable to sleep in. In the morning I came down to tell the manager Maddy about my stay and he was also very welcoming and pleasant to speak to.. “I had to drive from Texas to Buffalo by myself in August to get to my mom in Canada as she was ill. This was during COVID. I chose the Holiday Inn brand because of their stated COVID-19 cleaning and social distancing practices and I was so pleased and felt so safe the first night, I decided to exclusively stay in Holiday Inn Express and Suites properties every single night of my journey. Today is my last day of quarantine in Canada and a big reason I am virus free is the precautions and safety protocols Holiday Inn has in place. THANK YOU - you have a customer for life.”

“Where do I begin? This hotel is in my hometown so I've stayed there many times. I'd love to give the 5 stars from previous stays because the food was amazing, the hotel is very clean, and the room and view of the river is amazing! But our last stay I'd give the customer service for this place a 2 star! I forgot to give my AAA number and they wouldn't allow me to do this after it was booked. Our friends got the same exact room for $35 cheaper. The second bad customer service was from the call to the manager asking to provide this number. Just straight out rudely said no. The third was check in. Very rude and wouldn't give us the room we wanted from your pictures of the river view room. False advertisement if you ask me! Said special accommodations were already made for all the others....most likely a lie. Last but not least the new pay to park! Absolutely ridiculous! You want people to come to your hotel but you charge to park? That's one thing that turns me away from staying there.”

“Good place to live if you need a short term lease and have a medium sized dog, we were able to rent on a 3 month lease while our house was being built. Great storage in the attached garage where we stored all of our belongings so it saved us money in storage fees. We didn't have to worry about snow removal, our walk was always clear. A little pricey ( over 1,800 month) but it was convenient. Apartment itself was satisfactory, convenient for what we needed. We took care of the apartment and shampooed the rugs and made sure the apartment was spic and span when we left and we had no problem getting our deposit back. Thanks Pine point for our short lived stay at your place:)”

“The beds are a little firm. Our air conditioner reads 60deg but it definitely is at least 70deg in our room. Aside that our room is very clean, the whole place is. The manager is very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff is super nice always asking if we need anything (we've been here a few days). The price is great as well. Would highly recommend”

“This hostel was quite nice. Because of covid, the common areas and food counter were closed, and there were no activities, but it was good for a place to stay on the Upper West Side. Very close to the 1 train. Things to note: You can't bring local friends into the hostel, probably for security reasons. The door is not the "obvious" front door on the front center of the building, but to the right, by the neon "H". Bring a lock for a locker.”

“I took my teenage son for his haircut and Kelly did such an amazing job. She’s been cutting his hair for a couple years and knows just how he likes it. He’s very particular because of his ASD and Kelly makes sure he’s comfortable with everything she’s doing and guides him gently when she needs him to adjust his head during his cut. Forfina was incredibly beautiful and clean. You can tell she goes above and beyond to make sure it’s sanitized and safe during COVID. We love this salon and Kelly’s skill and expertise. We will continue to take the hour drive to support this awesome woman owned small business.”
