“Very interesting, but the graveyard is way in the back and you got to jump a small fence to get there. We had to pull around to gateway Blvd and pull in to the rear parking lot of Haven Manor Healthcare. Some pretty interesting history for us Cornell's. The front part of the 'NYC owned park' is pretty uneventful.”

“I love bringing my daughter to this park the sand box has been clean and really fun and I love that they have a toddler playground and one for bigger kids. They also have a very squishy ground to walk on which gives me piece of mind to let her explore a bit.”
Address: Roslyn, NY 11576, USA
“Beautiful park in the heart of Roslyn. Lots of seating along the water and a playground for kids. In the winter this is a great spot on a snow day to go tobogganing! Note: cell service is usually very poor. Great opportunity to just detach from life.”

“There seem to be several trails here that don’t connect, as far as I can see. I parked in the area on 4 mile point rd soon after turning off 385. This section of trail is about a mile down to the swamp front. This is a true foot trail, no paved tourist walk or even gravel stroll. Ankle deep mud/water squelching and slogging through. The woods are pretty, but the swamp at the end is worth the mud-sludging. When the foot trail ends at the little gravel road, take a left and follow it down to the swamp. You may not think of a swamp as beautiful, but it is! I think this area is mostly used as a hunting area, don’t wear deer colors. I only saw one other party, feels quite remote. No bugs bothered me, amazingly.”

“Beautiful in Falls! Beauty inside is super fantabulous! And when there is an event, the park no longer feels park nymore. It becomes a family! Don't trust me? Go there during any event. All kinds of charity events, free foods, free fresh produce, free protection and all during any event.”

“Went to support a basketball tournament for a high school kid who is also an upcoming entrepreneur. Downside the restrooms were bolted and locked. The other downside was all the kids, that did not have any respect for the elders or the little children, that were at the event, nor did they respect the property that did not belong to them. I wish they had the moral compass to know that there is a time and a place for certain activities and behaviors. Also, it didn't have swings or slides or a play area specifically for the little ones. There was only street parking. I did not see a lot nearby. We were fortunate to get 3 parking spaces close to the park. I like that there were many businesses within walking distance such as Wendy's, Popeye's, Domino's, including discount and grocery stores. There was an area past the court, where there were tables and seating. There was an area before the court that had a "mini" track you could walk or run on as you can see in the pic. The park was clean for the most part until the children trashed the place. A group of supporters picked up most of the trash, that the children left all over the place, after the tournament ended. Overall it is a decent park.”

“Nice small park with a playground. A few soccer and baseball fields. Very well maintained.”
Address: 7000 Lockport Rd, Niagara Falls, NY 14305, USA
“I like this park. It has a few baseball diamonds, a nice restroom facility and a walking path. I don't think there is a playground. To do the whole path, the last time I was there, you had to go through a wooded area. I didn't mind, but not great to send kids on alone. And in order to complete it, you had to exit the facility, walk down a side street and renter the facility, which again I didn't mind, but I found it odd.”

“This is a clean, well maintained campground that is quiet and peaceful. The views are spectacular and the pond is gorgeous. The owners are friendly and helpful! My trailer hit ball was loose when I arrived and Larry (one of the owners) helped diagnose it as the wrong size shank on my hitch! He had a new proper sized ball in stock and even installed it for me so we would be ready for the next leg of our journey. So helpful and friendly this one act helped save me half a day going to find it myself! Such a great experience, I highly recommend this campground!”

“It's all in the details. My stay at Camp Rockaway Fort Tilden was such a relaxing and refreshing experience. The tents were comfortable. The shower stalls were clean. Staff consistently tended to the bathroom facilities. Oh, and the staff (every single one) was helpful at every moment they needed to be. The camp manager was accommodating as can be. When she left a watering can on the porch of the tent so we could rinse the sand off our feet, I realized the love is in the details of the camp. I highly recommend a stay with these folks.”

“An experience like none other! We just came back today after spending six nights in our yurt at Andelyn Farm. First, Lyn and Andy were very warm and welcoming when we arrived - it was obvious the amount of hard work, love, and dedication they put into their home and land every day. This serene property is over 100 acres and encompasses beautiful trails and rolling hills with spectacular views. The yurt was gorgeous and very neat and clean with its own basic amenities like a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, grill, etc. It was the perfect size for us with our kids and dog. The country charm was inherently beautiful, and perfectly complimented the relaxing atmosphere. I can't say enough about how clean the bathrooms and showers were. I was so impressed with how spotless they were maintained. I usually wake up quite a bit at night when I am home, but the very first night we stayed there I slept the entire night and woke up feeling great and well rested! Staying at Andelyn Farm was truly cathartic for all of us. Lyn and Andy are very genuine and kind, which made it so comfortable to talk to them. We felt as if we were part of their family. Thank you so much for everything and we will definitely be back next year!”

“One of the nicest parks in NYC. Located directly across from Lincoln Center, this is tribute to one of the best Opera singers in the world. This lovely little park is a great place to grab a cup of coffee have a seat and do some great people watching on the corner of 66th and Columbus. Thursdays and Saturdays, year round, it’s home to a nice Green Market with local vendors.”
