“I play 9/11 games against Staten Island Cricket Club every year around 9/11 in honor of one brother who lost his life on 9/11. It has always been a pleasant experience playing cricket against this team. The facility on cricket ground is good, and players who play this game play with the right spirit of the game. If you are bored with cricket, then the newly surfaced tennis courts are right next to the cricket ground and basketball court.”

“An absolutely stunning facility, with just the right blend of amenities and nature. The staff has everything you might forget stocked. Bring food, beer and blankets and you’ll be fine. The trails are very well kept and there is ample water for drinking and swimming. I might need to enroll at UAlbany.”

“Beautiful little campground. Mostly seasonal, but well kept. Short term sites do not have sewer, but the dump station is convenient for big rigs. We stopped here a couple nights to visit friends as we drove through the area, but it's also a great spot an hour from Cooperstown. It's a winding climb to the campground, but worth the trip even if it is just for the ice-cream. We would stay here again if we are ever back to the area.”

“Great little spot to catch a show, an event or just hang out and soak up some entertainment or just people watch. Concrete stands are here so bring a cushion or two to soften and warm up that backside. Parking is a slight walk from the venue so keep that in mind if you have a hard time to arrive.”

“Oh how I love Walden Pond Park. It's one of my favorite places to go. The pond is amazing and when I fish there I almost always catch something ( I just catch and release). There are a lot of turtles in the pond too! And a lot of dragonflies by the pond. It has baseball diamonds. It's very peaceful there. Definitely check it out!”

“Third time here and is a must see! Endless amounts of hiking and exploring. The sculptures are quirky and fun, with tons of well maintained trails. So serene going through and seeing what you stumble upon next. Each time I go there is so much more to see, so I can’t wait to come back again!”

“the upper floor of this decrepit building holds a secret, the nyc trash museum. curated by a hoarder (how cruel it must be to be a hoarder working for the department of sanitation), there's rows upon rows of strange finds, arranged thematically. you have the obligatory creepy dolls section, but also beer steins, bad art, motivational posters, appliances, and so much more. you could easily imagine this as the backdrop for a MGMT music video.”
Address: 10475 Harlow Rd, Darien Center, NY 14040, USA
“Nice, very clean campground except the showers. The water isn't very hot. Not being able to connect to water was an inconvenience too but we knew that going in, it was going to be tough. We thought we'd just shower at the bathhouse it would be fine for a few days but the showers luke warm and pretty miserable. That's why I only gave 4 stars. Other than that I'd say great little park to stay in. The beach area is nice. And the play grounds everywhere throughout the park are a nice addition. There are plenty of picnic tables and several covered pavilions to have gatherings or birthday parties overlooking the water which is nice. The water is very clear for a lake. My dogs loved the water. Over all very clean park. Plus for being close to groceries and restaurants.”
