“This is a small and beautifully landscaped Park that's a delightful place to take a quiet walk. But be aware, there are no facilities whatsoever. And you'll be a bit challenged to find the parking area.”

“Cozy and secure. Lots of nature, animals, and sights to see. I came here biking and to see some nature. I was not disappointed.. I even saw a falcon of some sort and a stray black cat. The park has many trails. I like looping the open field on the flat bike trails. Some of the trails are intense for biking, beware of large rocks, tree stems, and hills. Overall, very nice park.”

“Hands down my favorite beach. It's so peaceful, clean, and quite. I do not mind taking the hour drive to come here. This beach is good for picnics, and fishing as well. I'm also amazed at all the marine creatures I find like little crabs that walks around. Last time I came, me and my cousins freaked out because we thought we saw a stingray. Come to find out, it was a dead horseshoes crab lol. We were kinda scared to get back in the water after that. Beware of the jellyfish problem though. They're EVERYWHERE.”

“State line parking was hidden in the rear lot in the back of the marina winter storage area. Blue trail begins there. The trail was Rocky and steep. The incline seems to last forever. About 700 feet in under a mile. Blue then turns to white trail, part of AT trail for about 400 meters, then it turns into yellow trail. Yellow trail loops around a small lake and Surprise lake. Server all excellent lookouts were on the trail. The trail traversed over many saddles, draws and several distinct brooks. The end of yellow loop trail met with blue trail again , a steep but manageable hike back down to the marina parking lot. The entire trail loop was about 3.8 miles with evelation rise of about 700 feet. We were hampered with a foot and half feet of snow. Our trip took over 5 hours and 55 minutes for 3.8 miles.”
