“I frequent this UPS location on a weekly basis and have consistently been impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge of everyone working there. I recently dropped off several large boxes and the shipping label on one of the boxes somehow came off without my knowledge. The owner of the store went above and beyond in order to contact me, searching on Facebook and even contacting the storage unit where I store product for my job. Instead of giving up, Karen Cornett tenaciously explored all avenues in order to let me know that the box couldn't be shipped due to the missing label. I was able to drop by the day she contacted me with a new label and the box is on its way. Thank you so much!!! I will definitely continue to do business with this location. I went to the shoe section and found the perfect Nike but couldn't find my size :( I asked an employee to check to see if they had 8.5 in stock and the system said there were two pairs in the store!! The two employees searched with me for over 20 minutes and the employee (I think she had short black hair and used to be in charge of the shoe department) finally found box 100! Size 8.5!! YAY! “The ice cream is good but very expensive. For my family of four it cost us $22 to get for small ice creams. Be prepared to wait because it's a very busy location and shell out cash, but if you want a decadent treat this is the place to go. They have so many choices and mixon opportunities, and it's located in one of the largest malls in the southeast so there is plenty of opportunity to walk to burn off all the calories!”

“I recently purchased a Bench Made dining table and chairs with the help of Toni, the designer. From the very beginning, it was a great experience. Toni came to my home to measure and make sure it would fit my space. I was doubtful, but she was sure it would and she was right. It is exactly what I wanted and it looks GREAT. I did have one chair that I had a problem with - a small area on the seat about the size of my fist. They immediately ordered a replacement seat, but when the tech brought it out, the stain on the new seat was a shade darker. He suggested that I let him touch up the original seat and see what I thought. It worked out perfectly. I can't say enough about everyone I dealt with at this store. From the designer to the folks that scheduled the delivery, the tech and the business office, they were so professional and so willing to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I would definitely buy from this store again.”
