“Very nice hotel, located very conveniently in Concord. Very close to a variety of restaurants, Concord Mills Mall, and a short drive to Charlotte Motor Speedway. Our room was very nice and well kept. It was clean and up to date as far as decor, fixtures, and TVs. The complementary breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, as well as waffles, cereal, and breakfast pastries. All the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly. Parking was easy and close to entrances. We will definitely return.”

“I recently purchased a Bench Made dining table and chairs with the help of Toni, the designer. From the very beginning, it was a great experience. Toni came to my home to measure and make sure it would fit my space. I was doubtful, but she was sure it would and she was right. It is exactly what I wanted and it looks GREAT. I did have one chair that I had a problem with - a small area on the seat about the size of my fist. They immediately ordered a replacement seat, but when the tech brought it out, the stain on the new seat was a shade darker. He suggested that I let him touch up the original seat and see what I thought. It worked out perfectly. I can't say enough about everyone I dealt with at this store. From the designer to the folks that scheduled the delivery, the tech and the business office, they were so professional and so willing to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I would definitely buy from this store again.”

“Hotel is in a good spot, with restaurants and shopping nearby. The managers reception, which is Tuesday-Thursday is great! The manager brings in food and beer at 5ish pm. Really enjoyed being able to have a snack and chat with other guests. Staff was great. However, I could hear the person in the next room over with their loud music and talking. The property is being renovated, which should be nice when done, but a bit loud and disruptive now. Also, the shower curtain rod in my room wasn’t straight, so the curtain slipped about a foot on either side. Result was a fair bit of water on the floor and the door.”

“As usual, the food was good. They seem to have stepped up their game recently. The salad bar was fresh and had an excellent selection. My food was cooked to order and served steaming hot. My only "issue" was the staff stayed congregated at the bar socializing. Apparently they aren't aware that this is a highly visible spot to be, especially when socializing.”
