I forget his name but he is taller with the dark hair. Everything was fantastic and the flavor it was great. The wedding and the cupcakes went off without a hitch. The cake tasted fantastic and he recommended a bunch of different types of flavors. Everyone loved them and they were super fresh. I would recommend this to anyone. And by the way their cinnamon rolls are out of this world good probably the best I’ve ever had !! Thank you so much we can’t thank you enough for making our day so special”

“Michael's has good quality products at reasonable prices and a lot of specials buys or clearance items. This happens especially just after a holiday or the end of a season when many items are drastically reduced. Staff is very helpful. At peak shopping times it can be a challenge to find a staff person who isn't already helping a customer. If you can be a little patient someone will help as soon as is humanly possible. Michael's also has an excellent website. Enjoy your first trip there.”

“The prices on the meat, cereals, snacks, bbq sauce etc excellent! Big savings. Some of the fruits don't look fresh. Food court is awesome. The ladies yesterday served us fast and gave us everything we ordered. $13.99 for large pizza, 2 liter pop, bread sticks and 6 cookies. So good!! .99 cent frozen yogurt you can't beat either. All staff there smile and greet you. It was definitely a nice 1st time. We will be back!”

I went in just to purchase 3 replacement watchbands and normally with that request you get the "ole brush off " and a point to the back of the store where the bands are; YET I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED when I was greeted by a very warm and friendly associate " ALLISON BEACH " who not only spent time with me asking about my band preferences and such, but also volunteered to have then start putting the first watchband, while I continued to pick out the others - I was so impressed with the level of care I received that I decided to shop for a NEW WATCH while I was there. Needless to say I now have a NICE new Citizen's watch, 3 new bands for my Seiko's, and A GREAT EXPERIENCE to remember the Jewelry Exchange by. As a matter of fact this morning my wife mentioned having to go downtown to get a few batteries for her watches, so I redirected her to stop by The Jewelry Exchange instead. I hope the owners of the store realize what an asset Allison is?”
