They take cash, Visa, and American express. Handicap accessible. I did not see coffee available in the lobby. They mount, balance, and repair/patch tires.”

“My boyfriend and I lived here for about a year before buying a house. We had some problems with office staff when we first moved in but those were resolved after the first month. The maintenance guy Andrew Bostle is really cool and always fixed things quickly. Compared to other apartments we have lived in, I don't think we've had a maintenance guy come so quickly and be so nice. The pool is also really nice during the summer and the landscape is really pretty and well taken care of.”

“This is the only place in Durham I take my car for do-it-yourself cleaning. They have plenty of spray wash bays and vacuums, plus one automatic touch free and one automatic soft touch wash bay. They have plenty of extra space to pull your car over to and complete your detail cleaning and it is well maintained and we'll lit. They have several change machines and there is an attendant if you need help.”
