  Overall a positive experience. I rent with Enterprise mostly because there service is excellent and the allow a spouse to drive the car without any added fee. I wish Enterprise, and for that matter other rental car companies, left the "operators manual" in the car. I had an incident during a recent rental where I need to use a basic system-lights, and could not figure out how to what was needed. A manual would have been a big help and would have saved a lot of frustration.

  SPEECHLESS.....the staff from the desk to the lot attendent to the one who checked me in upon completion. Fabulous, Fabulous, Fabulous. I mean it does not get any more efficient, friendly, and affordable.

  Very helpful staff. They walked me through the rental process and made sure everything was god to go. I hadn’t rented with Enterprise in quite a while so I wasn’t all that familiar with their system. I got my car and it was clean and comfortable. They did their walk around to confirm that there was no damage and sent me on my way. Thanks for the help and making my rental experience so smooth.

  This was my first time visiting Charlotte, NC. The trip was seamless, I reserved my car prior to leaving. I gave them my flight number and when I was to arrive. Got off the plane, went directly to Enterprise, which was located in the airport...5 minutes later, I got a really nice 2018 Chevy Impala that was sporty and roomy. Drove 3 miles, checked into my hotel! Seamless! And I paid less than they quoted me for the rental! I love Enterprise Rental!
