Great experience and felt like Dr Wilson was invested in Bella's care. She explained everything clearly and helped to make the surgery decision easy to make.

If you are looking for an amazing, caring, knowledgeable vet, Dr Gardner is it. I can’t speak highly enough of her. She explains things in detail, goes above and beyond for the pets and owners and genuinely cares. She even called me after work hours to check on my pet. My dog was diagnosed with a fatal disease and she gave us multiple options and helped us decide the best route to take to prolong her life and keep her comfortable. We honestly had the most positive experience with her and will never go anywhere else with our pets! She’s just the best!

Dr Gayle and Cara were so kind and helpful. I had LOTS of questions as a new dog-owner of a rescue dog, they answered them all thoroughly and exhibited patience and understanding. The rest of the staff was equally helpful; but sadly I don’t have names. I feel really good about bringing my dog here for care.

I have been going to Spay Neuter Clinic of the Carolinas for many years. I love their staff members that welcome you as soon as you walk in, the nurses and the doctors. They are always very concerned and caring about my dogs and they understand how much they mean to me. Their prices are fair and when you have 2 dogs or more every $ you can save helps you out. As soon as you walk in, everyone greets you right away, okay maybe they greet the dogs first but I love their sweetness towards my furry children. My dog Addie just had a mole taken out (surgery) and we went back for a follow up to make sure her wound was not infected and they only charged me for the antibiotic but not for the second follow up appointment. Who does that nowadays, as I have said before they care for their furry patients. A big shout to all these caring human beings from staff members, to nurses to the doctors. Addie and Goldie and I, we say thank you so much !❤️

My most recent appointment was regarding a very scary emergency surgery. The staff were thorough and forward about pricing, timing, and outcomes. While the possible outcome was scary, I appreciated how it was communicated to me and the opportunity I was given to ask questions. I felt confident that the staff and surgeon were doing all that they could to save my baby..AND THEY DID. I am nearly in tears every time I wake up and see her face. I will tell any and everyone about you guys. Thank you so much!
