He was very personable to all 3 of us. He spoke directly to our son about his condition while also incorporating us into the discussion and decisions, this definitely was a huge relief to our son that he was not just being talked about in front of himself. The procedure performed under local anesthetic was also a huge relief to our son, and the instructions for aftercare were very thorough. The nurses that assisted Dr. Hoover were also excellent and they were very knowledgeable and they worked efficiently with him. We drove 4 hours to see Dr. Hoover and would do so again if need be.”
