“I am so glad we found the Chateau! A friend recommended it after trying several facilities for her mom. My aunt has succeeded living at Chateau and that's saying a lot! She is not always an easy character and has a strong will. The staff are friendly and amazing dealing with memory issues day in and day out. The size of the facility is perfect for my aunt. She can find her way around and not get lost. All the staff know all the clients. I like that I see familiar staff every time I visit. Walking with a loved one through dementia is not an easy journey. ..I am grateful for the people at Chateau that have helped bring some stability and joy to my aunt down this difficult road!”

“Without putting my daughter's personal details on this review it will be difficult to explain why I feel the way that I feel about this facility. Other parents reading this just remember that I have very good reasons for my goals and concerns for her well being. Let me start by saying that she was definitely there after an IVC order and this was not our first rodeo. With new doctors I don't usually expect instant or lasting results and sometimes a new doctor can make things worse because they aren't familiar with the details of her history that make her unique. Strategic gave her real care that was incredibly appropriate and specific to her. Last night an emergency concern came up and it was addressed incredibly quickly with a common sense solution that amazed me. I am writing this review because a lot of places have a cookie cutter response to mental health but that doesn't work in an industry that handles kids that are already out of the mold to be there in the first place. Strategic is amazing for being able to effectively even treat her when a lot of things that help other kids tend to cause her to escalate. As a parent I also appreciate that even though I don't claim to be an expert in child psych I do know everything about my kid and they listened to it all. Every opinion I have on her they let me tell them and also let me tell them why I formed that opinion. This place absolutely focuses on real behavioral improvement and I honestly read these reviews and all I see is that the former patients obviously didn't kill themselves and must show improvement seeing that they are no longer institutionalized and have the freedom to use the internet. If we ever go through this process again I will absolutely cross my fingers for this placement again.”

“Good pharmacy, normal prices based on insurance. No problem with service of note. The pharmacist was pleasant and interactive, she took an interest in my day. Not a long wait to her service outside of busy hours. They were very helpful and even switched the codes to use my GoodRx coupon instead of my insurance just to save a few dollars! Very thankful as a penny pincher!! There are bathrooms and they were clean. Easy parking and access. Not too busy. Its a pharmacy, not much else to say. I wouldn't go here for important stuff but then again, I'm not sure why you're reading a review of a pharmacy... Then again, why am I reviewing a pharmacy? I really don't have anything to do with my life... A+ for service and utilities. No issues. Take care of yourself now... Go have fun or something without me...”

Dr. Ketterer's approach is by far the best, quick, easy and very effective. He uses some sort of vacuum and he carefully and completely removes the wax without having to soak the wax before hand and without having to deal with flushing like with other methods.”
