“My daughter has special needs and finding a dentist was a challenge. Dr. Ravindran was recommended by a nurse. From the first phone call he was wonderful. He explained the process, and the process for insurance approval was started immediately. He was also very accessible, and returned emails and calls very quickly. When we met him at Wake Med the day of the procedure , he made us feel very comfortable. After the procedure he explained everything he had done, and discussed after care. My daughter will be seeing him for all her dental needs. I would highly recommend him!”

“I had some issues scheduling an appointment for my daughter however, Katie reached out to me after hearing how upset I was with some miscommunication and she was very professional and polite and immediately solved my problem. I'm very happy with their response and glad they were able to squeeze my daughter in for a sooner appointment even though they seem to be very busy at the moment. I'm eager to have my daughter start therapy next week and will update then! Update: My daughter just had her intake appointment with Anna and she was just wonderful. Words cannot describe the peace of mind we got after our session. Anna has a lot of experience working with children of all backgrounds and it shows. “Awesome experience at BreakThrough PT in Amberly. Pooja Patel was my therapist for 25+ visits. I found Pooja to be extremely knowledgeable in her field. She went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule after a serious medical issue with needed 1 on 1 time. Pooja listens and more importantly, remembers and adapts to your feedback. You are not just a number to Pooja. She was always friendly and eager to help me see improvement. Kenny Biggs was great as well, always engaging and helpful. Many interns over the summer (Gabe!) helping out were all pleasant to work with. Regarding the review about not following COVID mask protocols. In my experience, masks were on 100% of the time. Interns would diligently wipe down EVERYTHING I touched. Never saw a single exception.”

As a small business owner here in Raleigh I can recognize the little things that the man did to go out of his way to assist. His character and kindness is what makes his business an exceptional piece of our community. It's no wonder why EVERY SINGLE PERSON I encountered there was an upstanding professional with a super positive attitude.
