He is honest, communicative and really got creative with me on how to make what I wanted work within my budget. We ended up going over our budget BUT that is bc we decided to get all of the ceilings painted. Jose brought it up and sent us photos (renovating from across the country). I never once felt pressured or like he was trying to upsell me. He was very straightforward on what was there, his thoughts and cost. I passed on a few suggestions, took him up on a few suggestions and overall got what I wanted and more. We were doing all of this from across the country after only having seen the new house ONCE. Jose and his incredible team for weeks sent us photos, videos, opened the garage for packages to arrive and even facilitated opening and closing our home for an unexpected cabinet building need. I have never been more blown away with the quality of work, quality of service or quality of person/team like I have been here. If you are thinking of working with them or getting a quote, do it.
