“This salvage yard isn't just pick your own parts, they also have a huge inventory of parts already pulled in their warehouse and have some new inventory as well. Just came to pick up a wheel for my 2014 Toyota Corolla and Jackson Auto saved me over $120 compared to prices quoted to me from my dealership & at least $25-45 when compared many other tire shops. I also came here 5yrs ago to replace wheel covers that were stolen off my vehicle while I was at work. Saved me a good deal of money back then as well. Customer service was solid. Professional & polite. The owner's wife was at the front desk and the owner fulfilled my order request himself in person. I drive out here from Chapel Hill and when K call ahead to make sure they have the part I need, it's always been worth the trip while running other errands that take me out to Raleigh. I don't quite understand the low ratings/reviews, but I can only speak to my experiences here which have always been great. Thanks for making sure my ride is road-worthy.”

“I called Mr. Hutchens after my 2012 Chrysler Town and Country broke down while driving one evening. He promptly had my vehicle towed to his shop. He was very upfront on the length of time it would take to look into the cause of things and the repairs. He kept me up to date on every thing he found as the work progressed on the vehicle. Mr. Hutchens spoke very respectfully and took the time to explain things in a way anyone could understand who isn’t familiar with the ways of the inner workings of a vehicle. I am very pleased with my service and plan to use this shop any time I have an issue! “Five Stars! I came in and price-checked two subs in a box with an amp, plus installation. I was given a fair price but decided to find the parts myself; I came back a few days later, after finding used equipment, and paid for a complete install. The manager and his employee fixed me up and had me out of there quickly and with no problems! This is a family business, so expect a child or two to be playing while you shop - to me, that just says family values and fiscal sensibility.
