It can be hard to come by but Ashley does stand by their products. We purchased a sectional here and within less than two years of very standard or mild use...there’s only two of us no children... this thing is literally falling apart at the seams. We got the full protection plan and were told it would cover anything that could happen to the fabric. Well when we went to file a claim we were told that none of our issues were covered. We have broken zippers, burst seams and fraying. This fabric is trash. Now we wasted our money for a sofa that looks like garbage after less than two years. Forget about customer service you will wait on hold for Hours and receive no help.this was not a low priced item. For the money we paid for this sofa it should last!”

But with my experience there over the years has taught me a very valuable lesson. IF you need furniture save up for it and pay for it out right or buy slightly used. It's cheaper in the long run that way. I'd even say this about Aaron's or RAC. With being at Farmer's for close to 10 years I've probably paid them enough to have bought what I have at LEAST 5 times over with all of the high interest and late fees added on. Such as a $15 late fee on your payment. My car payment's late fee is $6. Farmer's is more than double, why? Any way as the late and great Martin Luther King Jr. once said, "Free at last, Free at last, thank God I'm Free at last." Now I can use my payment toward more important bills. It's been real, and it's been fun, but just not real fun.”
