“This place is awesome. For last month or so I've stayed here over the weekends and sometimes during the week. The beds are very comfortable. You won't wake up with back pain! That's huge. They tend to not have all the rooms in working order but that's ok, call the front desk get the maintenance man or request a properly functioning room. I would give it five stars but it's what I just mentioned along with the women at the front desk have very poor professionalism. You'll stand at the window for quite some without them giving you any eye contact nor letting you know what they're doing in order to assist you.”

“This is the best little tire shop on Fairburn Road. I went in on Fri afternoon about 2:30 and was looking for some tires for my SUV. The ones I wanted would have to be ordered from the warehouse and take an hr or so to get there but they had a new set of Goodyear Wranglers w Kevlar. Brand new still in the plastic and ready to go and the right size. An excelent offer was made of $500 incl M&B and could put them on right there. These guys worked like a NASCAR pit crew using 2 floor jacks and had them on in under 40 mins and I was backing out the gate. Great job and I will be back for the next set with deals like that going on!!! They are fast courteous and carry great selections from low profile 30s and 40s to SUV tires. Plus they also do alignments. Dont get fooled by the small shop in the fence!! These guys are great!!! BTW they also do patches for the OH SHEETZ!! :-( Keep up the good work and excellent customer service Premier!! I ll BE BACK!!!”

“We were told not to expect much from sometime who had camped with old owners. When we checked in found that Nick and his wife had just bought it 3 weeks before. We have been several times now. The bathhouses are very clean and we'll maintained. The pool is crystal clear. Heart went out to them when we saw the flooding but they picked right up and got it done, Highly recommend here.”

“Gonna be honest was a little nervous about staying here because of all the reviews, but gave it a shot. The beds were uncomfortable, and the comforter had stains. The rooms were clean, looked older but they were clean. The air conditioner would not stay on, and it kept getting hot but atleast it came on every now and then. Its a pretty good place to stay especially for one night which I did because of the Race. I would of given it 3 stars but they earned an extra star because of the the guy working the front desk. His name is John Maxwell and he was fantastic and such an awesome person to talk to! Made my stay alot better because of his awesome customer service!!!”

“I’ve stayed in quite a few Hyatt Place hotels these past few months so I’m basing my ratings on comparisons with those. While the room is great, the bathroom was dismal. There was absolutely no where to stand in the shower/toilet room. The door took up the entire area. In two of my pics you can see the door actually touching the shower stall and then the toilet. They definitely should switch to pocket doors here or just redo the bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is in a good location. Free parking doesn’t hurt either!”
