Very, very good experience. The program and the app are very straight forward. Bryan is extremely good at communication. If you have any questions from diet, water intake and calories to weight and reps you'll receive an answer from him either through the app or text very quickly.

Private gym which is comfortable if you’re gym shy. The trainer Bryan is very knowledgeable & dedicated & will leave me motivated each time.

Bryan is the BEST...knows how to work around injuries and limitations and is a master of his craft. He loves what he does, is an encyclopedia of knowledge, and his enthusiasm makes workouts fun as well as productive. Bryan got me into the best shape of my life...after 50, even. Call him, you won’t be sorry.

I've been working with Justin for a few weeks and am very pleased with the results. By my request I'm slowing building up muscle strength along with increased flexibility. Bryan and Justin are very accommodating and I appreciate the advice and guidance they're giving me. I'm looking forward to continuing my training. Highly recommend!

Bryan is one of the best trainers I've had. I was in Cleveland for a summer, so I only needed 10 sessions or so. Nevertheless, Bryan made sure to write a personalized program for me and treated me no different than a long-term client. During each session, he always maintained the highest level of professionalism - always on-time, cheerful, and focused. In between my sessions, he diligently checked in on me (he managed to text me every other day: a level of dedication unheard of on any other trainers). In addition, Bryan is very skilled at "deconstructing" the movements. He offered explanations that were not only constructive but also highly intuitive. Finally, Bryan is extremely personable. He turned working out into an enjoyable experience for me.

I'm glad I got to know Bryan over the summer. As someone who slacks off easily, I was kept motivated by his passion and dedication. I would definitely choose him again if I move back to Cleveland in the future.
