“Been here several times since pandemic rules put into place. They've removed tables to ensure social distancing on the floor can be maintained. Seating at the bar has plastic dividers fastened to the bar every 2 seats. Not sure, but may be possible the bartender can move the dividers if you have a slightly bigger group than 2 who wants to sit at the bar. Great place, great staff, and great food👍”

“I was intrigued what Rockbox was all about when it first opened up. It's a great mix of boxing, kickboxing and high intensity training. I was never bored in any class because it was never the same. The atmosphere with the lights and awesome music along with the coaches pushing you to give it your all made it challenging but fun! Also, there is an accountability coach to help you with your nutrition and goals. They provide a simple meal plan to follow with delicious (and easy!) recipes. Rockbox gives you the tools to succeed. I was able to lose 21 pounds and 6% body fat in 6 weeks. It has changed my perspective on health and fitness allowing me to see what I can accomplish if I set my mind to it. It's definitely a great addition to the Powell community!”
