โGreat park. Several baseball and soccer fields. Decent playground. The park is large enough to also walk around if one is looking for a little low- impact exercise. Very accessible and easy to notice. Well maintained and usually clean. Several shelter houses and several restrooms. Great place to let the kids roam free!โ

โIt has a great foot ball field and there playground is ok, but they are making a water park there and new and clean bathrooms and a shelter house and maybe a new playground! ๐โ

โI have very fond memories of Blackburn Park, which span over 5 decades. My family had many picnics there, starting when I was about five years old, I also played baseball there, growing up, and as a young adult, I partied in the park with my friends. When I became a father, I took my boys to Blackburn Park to play when we would come back into town, and now that I'm in my 60s, it's one of the parks I enjoy with my dog, Lacey. The park has a couple of baseball fields, a nice playground, picnic pavilions and areas, and plenty of open space in which to kick back and enjoy nature.โ
