“Great experience working with Jim Brown at ProSource ! Our church needed help doing a stairway and hallway in our parsonage. Jim listened to what we wanted to do and gave us some options. He discussed the advantages of each option. We ended up deciding to redo the carpet on the stairs & hallway. He did an excellent job selecting a carpet that matched the texture and color that we had before. He then hooked us up with a good installer and the project looks great! I would highly recommend coming in and talking with ProSource if you have a special project!”

“My wife and I were shopping for outdoor furniture. They have excellent selections for outdoor poly lumber furniture (HPDE). I was concerned about the furniture looking like the cheap plastic chairs you find at a community pool, but that is definitely not the case. The company was in the process of moving from Peninsula to Richfield. The old location had a few outdoor items on display, but we had to drive about ten minutes to the new location to see the full selection in person. Martha was a great help in explaining all of the options. Pascal was a great help with determining what would work in our outdoor space. Rob was very accommodating with some special requests we had when placing the order.”

“They did a beautiful job on our kitchen remodel. They were fair and they met our deadline. They also use their own employees, not subcontractors, which was important to us. Overall, I would recommend. They did such a great job that we requested a proposal for our master bathroom, which is about 40 square feet. Very small. The price they quoted for modest upgrades was almost the same as the price we paid for the entire kitchen remodel less than a year prior. We were shocked to say the least. We went back to the designer to ensure it was correct - that's how high it was. We thought something was wrong with the calculation. We also requested less expensive finishes in an effort to drive down the cost. It was still way too high to even consider, so we went a different direction. I guess we were either very tough customers, or they didn't want to do the job. It is hard to find good contractors, so we were disappointed. Either way, still a reputable organization, but definitely recommend getting at least two quotes.”

“Fabulous Service! I needed an all-in-one printer and Target was the last place I thought of. I went to 2 Best Buy stores and then went to Office Max. No store had the printer I desired. I reluctantly went on your site and that is when the MAGIC began. Not only did you have the item in stock, but the ease of placing the order and then the pickup options was truly amazing. The store greeter was very helpful and the young girls in customer pickup were very friendly and helpful. Target rules in my book! Keep up the great work.”

“A lot of bad reviews seem centered around the height of COVID, where staffing all across the US was in short supply. Knowing that items are delayed and back ordered and everything else, I have simply chosen to always speak to the employees here like they’re humans with feelings and I have found that if my items aren’t arriving in a timely fashion, I am able to be refunded quickly and cancel the order. Or if something catches my eye in store, they’ll happily track down whatever they don’t have in stock to ensure I get my items sent as quickly as possible. I needed a few things by certain dates, so I only asked to see and purchase things they could guarantee would make it to me by the dates I needed them. It’s kind of amazing what being kind and respectful and to retail employees will do for one’s experience with a retail company. I communicated clearly with them, they communicated clearly with me, and we’re all going about our day happy to not have to deal with an unnecessarily stressful interaction. We’ve been getting a lot of furniture & lighting for our new home from this location and online to pick up at this store and so far, so good!”

David was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as we made our decision. My husband and I came in not really sure of what we wanted and he helped us figure out the perfect mattress for us and our needs. Store employees are a little young and therefore that contributes to some aspects of the customer service, but in general, it’s usually a positive experience. This is the best CVS, as well. Great service. Overall, this store feels like a completely different chain than some of the older Targets in Columbus. Way more selection and items than the Polaris store. Everything is set up in such a great way - the design of the clothes section even got me buying Target clothes again.”
