Get truly fit and love every minute of it with a group of people that are your buds. Just try one WOD at Crossfit Landrush and you'll be hooked.

Beyond that, the level of one to one care and focus on individual fitness levels is amazing. There are people at ALL stages and the coaches take time to help each member find their path to fitness. After 4 years in this community I’ve seen it over and over with so many success stories. Fitness success is different for each of us and CFLR has been helping folks become more healthy for a long time.

(July 22, 2020, 5:30 pm)I started coming here just on Saturdays for the community workouts and have been hooked ever since. It's been over six months since I started and I've enjoyed every bit of it. It doesn't matter if you know nothing about working out or are a veteran, there are amazing coaches that help you and push you to become the person you want to be. You can go anywhere to workout and there are several different CrossFit gyms out there but I can guarantee you that you'll not find a community like this one. It is full of like-minded quality people that want to help you both in the gym and out. This isn't just a place you go, it’s a place where you belong.
