Dawn joined us as a more seasoned sales woman and had tons of helpful info about the sectional I was looking at in their store as well as other brands I told her I had been looking at. They showed me a steel framed sectional that I loved!!! With 3 kids ages 11 and younger...steel framed made my heart skip a beat! “Went into the store at Tulsa hills and we were having problems installing our new SIM CARDS that we received in the mail. Sheina and Krista were super friendly and said, no problem, we will take care of you. They both are extremely knowledgeable and explained to us why they were not working. Immediately they had all three of our phones installed with new SIM CARDS. My wife had an older phone and it would not work with the new SIM CARDS, so we bought a new Samsung S21. Krista loaded all info and transferred all her pics, documents, etc...Krista went the extra mile for us and made us feel like were family. I highly recommend going to this store because Sheina and Krista will make you feel like family and are so friendly. Their knowledge is amazing on every phone!!!! Taylor crane is a family owned and operated business founded by Mr Jim Taylor the second who started off with just one truck and trailer. They do it all at Taylor and working ther has given me experience in all areas of the heavy transportation industry from bull rigging to multi crane critical lifts to heavy hauling. The administration are great people who are genuinely concerned about the people who work for them, all of them are great but the operations manager in particular makes sure that all the employees in the feild are taken care of. Taylor crane Is a good company owned by a good man and had I not had to leave for personal reasons outside of work I would have retired from there. There is good and bad to all situations in life and work environments are no exception, it's always up to the individual and what they make it but some places have mo. I'm grateful to to have worked at a place that allowed me to turn my work environment into a training ground to hone my skills, learn new techniques, and add new skills to my resume.”
