I try the dealers for pricing on the Infiniti and ALWAYS go to this location (MGR Joey Ainesworth). Found them to be more than fair and upfront (Justin too). Have referred multiple friends here over the years. Unless you are a mechanic yourself and know cars, I'd stand by this place.”

“Great mechanic and reasonable price. I had starter problem and I paid for the first time and then had starter problem again few months later they towed my car back to the shop and fix it for free twice so I had excellent customer service there and would come back to have business with them. Now my car isn’t running due to transmission shot and I am so ready to call them in the morning to have them tow my car back to get it running again. So, based on my limited first experience I give them 5 stars because their property was clean, not junked out, scenery was pleasant/easy on the eyes, and it was well surrounded by shade which created a perfect temperature to sit with the windows down. I bet during the summer it's fairly cool compared to other places if you will have people waiting in the vehicle. I'll definitely go here again and go inside next time. ?”

“Richmond Auto Clinic is a great small business with skilled technicians and reasonable, fair prices. I know that my repairs will be done in a timely manner and that the quality of work will be great. The value of what you receive is definitely worth the price you pay. However, if you are a young lady visiting this place of business I would caution you to beware of a particular staff member named Bernard. He states that he is the manager, but was hesitant to answer some of the simple questions that I had regarding an alignment repair that I needed on my camber and caster. Also, he insisted on knowing personal details like if I lived alone (which in hindsight has me a bit concerned for my safety since my address is placed on the paperwork), and encouraged me to use his personal cell phone number to contact him in the future. When I began to ask more questions about the alignment process, he stated that he was not qualified to answer. He also refused to provide me with the print out of the proof of work when I requested to take it with me. Because of this, I left my vehicle and returned the next day when I could speak directly with the alignment technician and the owner. Those two did more than enough to answer my remaining questions and to rectify the challenging time I had the day before. So if you are a young lady, please be especially careful with this staff member and request to speak directly to a technician or to the owner Sunny.”

“Neat idea selling little donuts with crazy toppings such cereal, bacon "jam," crumbled candy bars, etc. I've lived in Portland and Seattle so these sort of specially donuts aren't new to me. The selection here was fantastic when we came in on a Friday night. I think a dozen for $9 is steep for the quality and taste of the donut itself, so you're paying for the toppings and the novelty. Seems as though the donuts are made well in advance and/or refrigerated at some point. The dozen we ordered were placed in a box that was too small so the visual appeal of 12 colorful wonders staring you in the face is sort of lost as some were on their sides or under another donut. I would have given three stars but seeing the faces of the kids in there light up bumped it up to four. What kid wouldn't love this? ”
