She is always clean, her room is clean, and it doesn't have a strong odor from people not being taken care of. If I have one complaint it would be that the staff is not friendly, but I'm sure they're very busy, I never see anyone just lounging around. It's very rare you get good customer service around here, but him always being so friendly and polite is really appreciated. The store would seriously be lacking if he were to ever leave and I dont think I would even bother stopping in if he weren't there.”
