Although this is not a three star hotel the owners have been really kind to me because they have extended my stay an extra 4 days so that I can beat the present OK heat wave. They are nice people. I'm sure they must be struggling financially.”

“My 14 yo son ordered an airsoft gun and other equipment over THREE months ago for over $300. Not only has it not come in yet but we’ve called (and even gone in) multiple times to get a refund and the owner is never there and hasn’t returned our calls so he can’t get a refund. My son was really looking forward to getting into airsofting but this has ruined it for him. It was all his own money he saved and worked hard to get. He deserves his money back. I’m happy to say Joseph, the owner, called me and has resolved this issue. He handled himself with great grace, leadership and business savvy. Even more importantly he was a great example to the youth of today (specifically my son) on how to handle themselves, take accountability, and correct things when mistakes/issues happen. I appreciate how well he handled this, and how kind and gracious he was. My son is very happy to continue his business with T1.”
